Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Doc Weather Social Media Liaison dashboard, desktop application, APIs, agents, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service helps you organize content (videos, articles, bundles), generate captions, schedule or publish posts to connected social platforms, monitor engagement, and view analytics. Features may include AI-assisted text, folder monitoring, and automated replies where configured.

3. Accounts & credentials

  • You must provide accurate information and keep platform API credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your connected accounts.
  • You must have the legal right to connect each social account and publish content on it.
  • Do not share API keys, tokens, or dashboard secrets publicly.

4. Your content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload or author.
  • You grant us a limited license to process, store, transform, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (e.g., generate captions, upload media to platforms you choose).
  • You represent that your content does not infringe others’ rights and complies with law and each platform’s rules.

5. AI features

AI-generated titles, descriptions, hashtags, and replies are assistive only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before live publication. We do not guarantee accuracy, virality, or platform ranking outcomes.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third parties (including X, Instagram/Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Google, Railway hosting, and AI providers). Their terms and availability control those integrations. Outages, API changes, rate limits, or account actions by those providers are outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Violations & Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Weather-related messaging remains your editorial responsibility; do not present automated output as official NWS warnings unless sourced and verified.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doc Weather / Charles Clottin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or platform account access, arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on these legal pages.
